We're now inviting routine and non-urgent cases back into our practice

We're delighted to say that we now have the go-ahead to invite routine and non-urgent cases back into our Salisbury practice.

Tisbury will be reopening on Monday 6th July 2020 and, as yet, we are unsure about Wilton.

We are unable to treat those who are shielding and the extremely vulnerable. You would have received a letter from the NHS to inform if you are in that category.

We are still running reduced clinics for two reasons: 

1. We have to clean and sanitise thoroughly between each patient.
2. Not all osteopaths have returned to the practice due to their personal circumstances. Hopefully, by September, we will be fully manned.

As of the week beginning 8th June 2020, clinics will be held on the following days...

Monday 8th June

Tuesday 9th June

Wednesday 10th June
Joe Scarisbrick | 10.00 - 14.00

Thursday 11th June

We are operating a locked door policy. There is nowhere to wait within the practice at this moment so please turn up at the exact time. Please just ring the doorbell. Do not attempt to open the door. In the practice keep your touch to a minimum. When 2 Osteopaths are working times are staggered so you will not encounter another patient.

What to bring to your appointment...

1. Wear a mask. If you do not have one they can be bought at the practice for £2
2. Freshly washed bath towel

For appointments, please call 01722 421 242 to speak to our receptionist Monday - Friday 09.30 - 13.30. We are operating a virtual reception at this time. You can also email us on info@notjustbacks.com. The receptionists will check these emails during reception opening hours.

All our osteopaths will be wearing PPE equipment throughout all appointments.

Online booking has been stopped at present as you will need to be prescreened at the time of making the appointment and 24 hours before your appointment.
