We are looking for a key team member to join us as a Part-Time Receptionist. If you love helping people and want to contribute to keeping our clinic running smoothly and our patients smiling, we want to hear from you.

Your Schedule:

• Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:15 PM.
• Flexibility Needed: This role requires the ability to provide occasional cover for colleague holidays and sickness during weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• First Point of Contact: Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all patients, both in person and over the phone.
• Administrative Support: Manage appointment bookings and other administrative tasks to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.
• Customer Service: Address patient enquiries and needs with a positive, helpful approach.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional Communication: Strong spoken and written skills are essential for clear interaction with staff and patients.
• A Positive Spirit: A genuinely helpful, "can-do" attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic IT Proficiency: Comfort using essential computer systems is required for administrative tasks.

We are a well-established osteopathic clinic with over 30 years of serving our community, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Osteopath to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, established environment while also being motivated to grow and develop their own patient list.

What we’re looking for...

We are seeking an osteopath who:

• Has an excellent bedside manner and builds strong, lasting relationships with patients
• Is warm, approachable and genuinely patient-centred
• Is dynamic and proactive in developing and growing their own patient base
• Works confidently with structural and/or cranial approaches
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is keen to continue learning and developing clinically

Opportunities within the role...

We support practitioners in pursuing and developing areas of clinical interest. In particular:

• If you are interested in developing your work with babies and paediatrics, we can provide support and mentorship to help build this aspect of your practice
• We have shockwave therapy available within the clinic
• We have a particular interest in supporting patients with CFS/ME, and would welcome applicants interested in this area; support and training opportunities can be provided
